What is the difference between RGB LED and LED WW?

The RGB LED bulb comes with a remote control with which you can control the bulb. Simply choose between 15 different colors or an automatic color change and adjust the light intensity to the ambience. The LED-WW version includes a warm white lamp without a remote control.

How does RGB LED work?

The RGB LED bulb in your item communicates with the remote control via infrared. With this you can choose between 15 different colors, as well as adjust the brightness and pre-programmed color changes.

What do I do if the RGB LED remote control cannot be found?

Under accessories you will find the RGB LED remote control.

Can I use more watts than stated on the socket?

You may use a maximum of 11.5 watt bulbs.

How does the solar module work?

When the module is switched on, the solar panel is charged by sunlight during the day; when dusk falls, the lighting switches on and stays on for around six hours.

Can the bulb be replaced?

Yes, to do this, simply loosen the three screws on the lighting unit, remove the socket and screw out the bulb.

Where can I find the RGB LED remote control?

Under accessories you will find the RGB LED remote control.

What happens if the light bulb breaks?

If the bulb is defective, you can easily replace it, see question “Can the bulb be replaced?”.

What do I do if my item is defective?

How long is the cancellation period for a product?

If you would like to cancel an order, the cancellation must be received by us within 14 days.

Does the lamp still need to be assembled after delivery?

The LED-WW and RGB-LED variants arrive at you assembled, only the solar variants and the No.1 - 60 and No. 1 - 160 still need to be assembled. But here too it only involves a few simple steps.

How can I search for products in the shop?

How long is the warranty for a product?

We offer a two-year guarantee on the technical components and a five-year guarantee on the light body/light body.

Information about ordering, delivery, payment, invoices and returns

Where is my delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With the help of this number you can quickly and easily track your package with the respective shipping service providers.

How can I cancel an item or order?

Where is my order confirmation?

You can find an order confirmation under “My Account” and in your email inbox, if necessary under spam.

How do I get my invoice?

You can find your invoice under “My Account” and by email.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect invoice?

To do this, please contact us directly, stating your order number: info@8-seasons-design.de. We will then immediately change the invoice and send you the corrected version.

When will I get the money back for my return?

As soon as your return has arrived and has been recorded accordingly in our systems, you will receive your credit.

How can I cancel individual items from my order?

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes, we also deliver abroad.

How can I return a delivered item?

To do this, go to your customer account under “Orders”.

How much are the delivery and shipping costs?

Within Germany we ship free of charge and within the EU + CH we charge a one-off fee of €9.95.

Which shipping service provider do you ship with?

Our standard shipping service provider is GLS. If your ordered item exceeds the GLS belt size, we will ship the lights with DHL.

How can I change my order?

To do this, go to your customer account under “Orders”.

How is a refund made?

The refund will be made to the previous method of payment.

Can I have the goods delivered to a DHL packing station?

No, we can only deliver to private addresses.

What do I do if a delivery is canceled?

What does bulky goods surcharge mean?

Unfortunately, some items exceed the usual girth size of our shipping service providers. We have to mark these items as bulky goods.
